Zimbabwe locates at southern Africa. It boasts of beautiful landscape, mild climate, rich natural resources and friendly people. Nature endows it with splendid Victoria Falls, one of the three largest falls around the world, magnificent Great Zimbabwe, famed as "the city of gold", as well as the ever-blooming Harare City, known as "city of flowering trees".
China and Zimbabwe enjoy a long standing friendship. The two countries have established diplomatic relations on April 18, 1980, the very day of Zimbabwe's independence. During the past 32 years, the two countries have enjoyed ever-deepening traditional friendship, frequent personnel exchanges and fruitful cooperation in all fields, bringing tangible benefits to the two peoples. China-Zimbabwe friendship has become the precious wealth of the two peoples, and thanks to the concerted efforts of the two sides, it is keeping glowing with new vitality.
